These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 777ca ("777ca", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://777ca.org ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777ca Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 777ca Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.

This Agreement is intended to govern players accessing 777ca from Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or participating in any activity on the 777ca Platform.

Access to and use of the 777ca Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. 777ca operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Proof of age is required during the account verification process.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a 777ca employee or contractor where such use would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or be a member of any gambling exclusion programme.
• You must not be using the Platform on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose.

777ca reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

To access the full range of services available on the 777ca Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, sports betting, and slots — you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC;
• A valid email address or Pakistani mobile number (03xx format);
• Date of birth;
• A secure password of your choosing.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 777ca Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 777ca employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multi-accounting is detected, 777ca reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game outcomes, and retain any balances held in those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777ca login credentials. You agree to notify 777ca immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security. 777ca will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is a mandatory process required before any withdrawal from a 777ca account may be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid CNIC photograph and may require additional documentation at 777ca's discretion. 777ca is entitled to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily.

All financial transactions on the 777ca Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ca does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Supported deposit methods currently include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods are subject to change and the current list of supported methods is displayed within your 777ca account.

The minimum deposit amount for casino games and slots is Rs 500. The minimum deposit for sports betting is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are disclosed within the deposit section of your account settings.

777ca only accepts deposits from payment methods that are owned and registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from a payment method registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.

Deposits are credited to your 777ca account balance in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. 777ca is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. 777ca reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the destination payment method before processing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours may be subject to processing delays. 777ca will endeavour to process all approved withdrawal requests within three (3) business days, though processing times for individual payment methods may vary.

777ca reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before releasing withdrawal funds. During these checks, the withdrawal request may be placed on hold. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

All bets and game outcomes on the 777ca Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible via the information panel within each individual game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or market.

Once a bet has been confirmed or a game of chance has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User. 777ca reserves the right to void bets where:

• A manifest error has occurred in the publication of odds or game parameters;
• A technical malfunction affected the integrity of the game outcome;
• The bet was placed in breach of this Agreement or applicable law;
• Evidence of collusion, fraud, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities exists.

Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports — are settled in accordance with official event results as published by the relevant governing body. 777ca is not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of third-party score feeds and will settle markets based on the best available verified information.

From time to time, 777ca may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, or other incentive programmes to eligible account holders. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 777ca promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible account holder personally and may not be transferred or assigned;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• 777ca reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any promotion at any time;
• Abuse or exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ca Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system malfunctions;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence in any applicable jurisdiction;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets;
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 777ca staff or other users.

777ca is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all sections of the Platform. We recognise that for the vast majority of our players, gambling is a form of entertainment. However, we also acknowledge that for some individuals, gambling may become problematic. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 777ca content without the prior written consent of 777ca. The 777ca name and logo are registered trademarks of 777ca and may not be used without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

777ca makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

777ca reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, 777ca will use reasonable efforts to notify account holders via email or prominent on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the 777ca Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

This Agreement and all disputes arising in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ca holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 777ca arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 777ca support team in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulator or arbitration authority. 777ca's decision on all gaming outcomes and account-related matters is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
